Important Dates
See the current university calendar and academic schedule page for important dates and deadlines, including registration dates, deadlines to add and drop classes, and university closures.
Remember that once you have registered for a class, you must officially drop it through UR Self-Service registration if you change your mind about taking the course. If you do not drop the course, you will be responsible for paying for it and you will receive a failing grade in the course that will appear on your transcript if you do not complete the class. If you are registered in a class, we assume that you are attending it.
Also note that to receive a full or partial refund for your class, you must drop it within a certain time once the class has started. The course drop date schedule can be found in the University calendar and on the main university page under Academic Schedules.
Current Timetables
Download your current semester timetable here. Be advised that all timetables are subject to change. Students should see the Program Chair for their major with questions about timetables.
A number of circumstances sometimes associated with registration, such as course time conflicts, registration permit overrides, etc. require forms that need to be completed, signed by the appropriate individual, and returned to the General Office for processing - if approved. This can and should be done prior to registration to allow for a problem-free registration.

Curriculum Updates
Check here regularly for important curriculum updates. Due to Accreditation requirements, it is sometimes necessary to make changes to the curriculum in Engineering Programs. Curriculum changes may affect what classes you need to take to qualify for graduation; therefore, it is important to check for updates regularly to ensure you will have all required courses completed to be eligible for graduation.

Online and downloadable forms are found here. This includes forms for Registration Overrides, Applications for Marking, Scholarships and Key Card Access, etc.
